سياسة الخصوصية — تطبيق «درجاتي»

باختصار

• لا يتطلب التطبيق إنشاء حساب، ولا نشغّل أي خادم يستقبل بياناتك.
• تُحفظ موادك وعلاماتك ومعدلك وسجل فصولك على جهازك فقط.
• لا يطلب التطبيق كلمة سر بوابة الطالب ولا يتصل بأنظمة الجامعات.
• يعرض التطبيق إعلانات من Google AdMob، والتي تجمع بعض بيانات الجهاز وفق سياسات Google.

1. البيانات التي تُدخلها

الدولة والجامعة ونظام العلامات، والمعدل التراكمي السابق وعدد الساعات، والهدف، وأسماء الفصول والمواد، وساعاتها، وتوزيع العلامات، وعلاماتك ومواعيد امتحاناتك. تُحفظ هذه البيانات في قاعدة بيانات محلية على جهازك، ولا يرسلها التطبيق إلينا أو إلى أي طرف ثالث.

إذا كانت ميزة النسخ الاحتياطي إلى حساب Google مفعّلة على جهازك، فقد ينسخ نظام أندرويد بيانات التطبيق بشكل مشفّر إلى Google Drive الخاص بك، وفق إعدادات جهازك وسياسات Google. تتم هذه العملية عبر النظام نفسه، ولا يمكننا الوصول إليها.

2. الإعلانات (Google AdMob)

تعرض النسخة المجانية إعلانات عبر Google AdMob. ولعرض الإعلانات وقياسها ومنع الاحتيال، قد تجمع Google وتستخدم بيانات مثل: المعرّف الإعلاني (Advertising ID)، وعنوان IP، ومعلومات الجهاز ونظام التشغيل، والتفاعل مع الإعلانات. لا تُشارك علاماتك أو أي بيانات أدخلتها مع Google أو مع المعلنين.

• في المناطق التي تتطلب الموافقة (مثل الاتحاد الأوروبي والمملكة المتحدة)، يعرض التطبيق نافذة موافقة قبل عرض الإعلانات، ويمكنك تغيير اختيارك من «الإعدادات ← خيارات خصوصية الإعلانات».
• يمكنك إعادة تعيين المعرّف الإعلاني أو حذفه من إعدادات جهازك (Google ← الإعلانات).

3. الشراء داخل التطبيق

تتم عملية شراء «إزالة الإعلانات» عبر Google Play، وتتولى Google معالجة بيانات الدفع بالكامل، ولا نستلم رقم بطاقتك أو أي بيانات دفع.

4. الإشعارات

تُنشأ تذكيرات الامتحانات على جهازك من المواعيد والعلامات المحفوظة عليه، ويمكنك إيقافها من إعدادات التطبيق أو إعدادات الجهاز.

5. الأذونات

• الإنترنت وحالة الشبكة: لتحميل الإعلانات وإتمام عمليات الشراء.
• الإشعارات: لتذكير الامتحانات.
• المعرّف الإعلاني: لعرض إعلانات Google AdMob.

6. حذف بياناتك

يمكنك حذف أي مادة أو فصل من داخل التطبيق، أو حذف جميع البيانات بإلغاء تثبيت التطبيق أو من «إعدادات الجهاز ← التطبيقات ← درجاتي ← مسح البيانات». ولأننا لا نحتفظ بأي نسخة من بياناتك، فلا يوجد ما يلزم حذفه من جهتنا.

7. دقة الحسابات

«درجاتي» تطبيق مستقل وغير تابع لأي جامعة. أنظمة العلامات مأخوذة من لوائح الجامعات المنشورة وبعضها تقديري، والمرجع النهائي هو كشف علاماتك الرسمي.

8. الأطفال

التطبيق موجّه لطلبة الجامعات، وغير موجّه للأطفال دون سن 13 عامًا، ولا نجمع عن قصد أي بيانات منهم.

9. التغييرات على هذه السياسة

قد نحدّث هذه السياسة عند تغيّر ميزات التطبيق، ويظهر تاريخ آخر تحديث في أعلى الصفحة.

Privacy Policy — “Darajati” (درجاتي)

Summary

• No account is required, and we do not operate any server that receives your data.
• Your courses, marks, GPA and semester history are stored only on your device.
• The app never asks for your student portal password and does not connect to university systems.
• The app shows ads from Google AdMob, which collects some device data under Google’s policies.

1. Data you enter

Country, university and grading system, previous cumulative GPA and credit hours, your target, semester and course names, credit hours, grade breakdowns, your marks and exam dates are stored in a local database on your device. The app does not send this data to us or to any third party.

If Android backup to your Google account is enabled on your device, the system may back up the app’s data in encrypted form to your Google Drive, according to your device settings and Google’s policies. This is done by Android itself; we have no access to it.

2. Advertising (Google AdMob)

The free version shows ads served by Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads and prevent fraud, Google may collect and use data such as the Advertising ID, IP address, device and operating system information, and ad interactions. Your marks and the data you enter are never shared with Google or advertisers.

• In regions where consent is required (such as the EEA and UK), the app shows a consent form before ads, and you can change your choice in Settings → Ad privacy options.
• You can reset or delete your Advertising ID in your device settings (Google → Ads).

3. In-app purchase

“Remove ads” is purchased through Google Play. Payment details are handled entirely by Google; we never receive your card number or payment information.

4. Notifications

Exam reminders are generated on your device from the dates and marks stored on it. You can turn them off in the app settings or in your device settings.

5. Permissions

• Internet and network state: to load ads and complete purchases.
• Notifications: for exam reminders.
• Advertising ID: to show ads from Google AdMob.

6. Deleting your data

You can delete any course or semester inside the app, or delete all data by uninstalling the app or via Settings → Apps → Darajati → Clear data. Since we keep no copy of your data, there is nothing to delete on our side.

7. Accuracy

Darajati is an independent app and is not affiliated with any university. Grading systems are based on published university regulations, some are estimated; your official transcript is always the final reference.

8. Children

The app is intended for university students and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from them.

9. Changes

We may update this policy if the app’s features change. The “last updated” date above reflects the latest version.
